Jacquart Brut Mosaïque is the flagship non-vintage Champagne from Maison Jacquart. It's a fresh, elegant, and well-balanced cuvée, known for its fine bubbles and notes of fruit and brioche, representing a mosaic of Champagne terroirs and grape varieties.

Jacquart Brut Mosaïque embodies the house style, crafted from a blend of Chardonnay (typically 35-40%), Pinot Noir (30-35%), and Pinot Meunier (25-30%), sourced from various vineyards across the Champagne region, including Grands Crus sites. The name "Mosaïque" reflects this diverse sourcing, creating a complex yet harmonious wine. The Champagne is aged for a minimum of 3 years on its lees in the cellars, significantly longer than the legal minimum, which contributes to its complexity, creamy texture, and subtle toasty notes. It presents a pale golden hue with persistent, fine bubbles. The nose offers aromas of fresh pear, lemon, apricot, and floral hints, complemented by nuances of brioche and almond. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing with balanced acidity, delivering flavors that mirror the nose, leading to a clean and satisfying finish. It's designed to be approachable and versatile, suitable for apéritifs or pairing with a variety of dishes.
