Fresh and vibrant, with sparks of zestiness (lemon peel), hints of sweet spice like cinnamon and pepper, some fruitiness, and a distinct whiff of smoke.

Assertive and lively. Crackling spices and pepper dominate initially, followed by notes of malt, sweet vanilla, and a warming, underlying smokiness. A touch of fruitiness persists.
