Tasting Notes

Nose: Intense, deep, and creamy. Aromas of chocolate ganache, plum jam, and Manuka honey are balanced by fresh lemon zest, toasted cinnamon, orange blossom, and hints of exotic wood. Chewy sultanas, morello cherry, dried herbs, and cooked fruits with apple crumble are also present.

Palate: Silky, thick, and smooth. Sweet at first, then releasing a full bouquet of spices including ginger, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg. Developing notes of dark chocolate, orange peel, figs, cloves, chewy toffee, toasted walnuts, and juicy dried fruits.
