It's celebrated for its smooth, approachable character with vibrant notes of citrus, vanilla, honey, and peach, achieved through maturation in bourbon casks and distillation in Scotland's tallest stills.  

Glenmorangie The Original, for many years a beloved 10-year-old, has evolved into a distinguished 12-year-old Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This flagship expression embodies the classic Glenmorangie house style, known for its elegance and finesse. Crafted using water from the Tarlogie Spring and distilled in the tallest stills in Scotland – as tall as a giraffe! – the spirit achieves a remarkable purity and delicate character. It is then matured for twelve years in first and second-fill American white oak casks that previously held bourbon. This meticulous aging process imparts a wealth of delectable flavors, resulting in a whisky that is both welcoming andintriguing.
