Indri Trini is an award-winning Indian single malt whisky from Piccadily Distilleries in Haryana. It's notable for its unique triple cask maturation process (ex-bourbon, ex-French wine, ex-PX sherry), offering a smooth, complex, and balanced flavour profile with notes of fruit, spice, and chocolate.

Indri Trini represents a significant milestone in the burgeoning Indian single malt whisky scene. Produced by Piccadily Distilleries located in Indri, Haryana, near the Himalayan foothills, this expression derives its name 'Trini' from the Sanskrit word for three, highlighting its maturation journey. The whisky begins its life crafted from indigenous six-row barley grown for generations in nearby Rajasthan. After distillation, the spirit is matured in three distinct types of oak casks: first-fill ex-bourbon casks providing a classic vanilla and coconut foundation, ex-French wine casks contributing fruity notes, and finally, ex-Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks imparting rich sweetness and complexity. This triple cask influence, combined with the North Indian climate which accelerates maturation, results in a remarkably smooth and layered whisky despite its relative youth. It is presented non-chill filtered and without added colour, preserving its natural character and texture. Indri Trini quickly gained international acclaim since its launch, celebrated for its quality, complexity, and representation of the 'New World' whisky category.
